Agreement
By booking a service with Appliance Repair in Studio City or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Service visits
We give you an arrival window when you book. Times can shift because of traffic or earlier jobs; we will let you know if we are running late.
Please make sure an adult (18+) is home and the appliance is accessible.
Diagnostic fee and quotes
A diagnostic fee applies to each visit. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived. The technician gives you a price before starting work, and no repair is done without your approval.
Offers
- $25 off: for repairs booked by phone before 5 pm and completed. Not applied to the diagnostic fee.
- Free diagnostic with repair: one per household, first-time customers.
- Same-day service: subject to availability.
Offers cannot be combined unless stated and may change or end without notice.
Parts and payment
If a part has to be ordered, we schedule a return visit once it arrives. Payment is due when the work is completed. [List accepted payment methods.]
Warranty

Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, misuse, or parts and installation done by others. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, to the extent the law allows.
